About the role
Build and maintain web applications and APIs for clients in healthcare, real estate and financial services using modern PHP and Laravel. You’ll join a collaborative delivery team and work directly with clients to turn their goals into reliable, well-engineered technology.
What you’ll do
- Develop new features for client web applications and portals using PHP 8 and Laravel.
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs and relational database schemas.
- Write automated tests and take part in code reviews.
- Improve application performance, security and reliability.
- Work with designers, QA engineers and project managers in two-week sprints.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of professional PHP development experience.
- Strong experience with Laravel or Symfony.
- Solid MySQL or PostgreSQL skills and comfort writing efficient SQL.
- Experience with Git, REST APIs and automated testing.
- Clear written and spoken English for remote collaboration.
Nice to have
- Vue.js or React experience
- Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience deploying to AWS
