Application Lead

About the role

Lead a cross-functional delivery team, owning technical quality and delivery for one or more client applications. You’ll join a collaborative delivery team and work directly with clients to turn their goals into reliable, well-engineered technology.

What you’ll do

• Lead a team of developers, QA engineers and designers on client engagements.
• Break down requirements into a realistic, well-sequenced delivery plan.
• Set and uphold engineering standards, code review practices and release processes.
• Act as the main technical contact for client product owners.
• Identify delivery risks early and resolve blockers.

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years of software development, including 2+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern web stack.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery and release management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master or similar certification
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps
• Client-facing consulting background
