About the role
Design, train and deploy machine learning models that solve real business problems for our clients. You’ll join a collaborative delivery team and work directly with clients to turn their goals into reliable, well-engineered technology.
What you’ll do
- Translate business problems into well-defined machine learning tasks.
- Prepare data, engineer features and train and evaluate models.
- Deploy models to production with monitoring and retraining pipelines.
- Work with engineers to integrate models into client applications.
- Communicate results and limitations clearly to stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years building and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of statistics and model evaluation.
- Experience with MLOps tooling and cloud ML services.
- Degree in computer science, statistics or a related field.
Nice to have
- NLP or computer vision experience
- Experience with large language models
- Healthcare data experience
