Lead recruitment, onboarding and people operations for a growing, distributed technology team. You’ll join a collaborative delivery team and work directly with clients to turn their goals into reliable, well-engineered technology.
What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and business roles.
- Design onboarding that sets new team members up for success.
- Manage HR policies, compliance and employee records.
- Support managers with performance reviews and career development.
- Champion an inclusive, supportive company culture.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of California and US employment law.
- Experience recruiting for technology roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Nice to have
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience with remote and international teams
- HRIS implementation experience
